This opera has a plot that approaches the tragedy of Medea, and the director wanted to highlight this approach. We needed a scenic element to reinforce this psychological appeal, and thus we created a tree with a metal structure and lead alloys. All the scenes were developed around this tree into a sequence of ramps at different heights.
